Wayfarer ~ Day One

Book lovers know the joy that comes with finding a new favorite author.

How many times have we closed a beloved new book and felt a little fear that the author may not be able to give us another book to enjoy as much as we enjoyed the first. How many times have we bought the next book in the series hoping that the world and the characters in the second book will transport us the way the first book did, and more than a little afraid that it won’t be, because what could measure up to the first meeting we had with a wonderful character?

And what a relief to find that the first book wasn’t a fluke.

That was my happy experience with Wayfarer, by RJ Anderson. I’m looking forward to what everyone else thought of the book.

Here are the posts that are up this morning. Check out tomorrow for updates.

I’ve posted my review, albeit late in the evening. Thanks for arranging this tour! This was a super fun read! My students were able to interact in this one a little bit and I hope they will enjoy reading the responses by Ms. Anderson in Wednesday’s post! :) .-= Julie J´s last blog ..Teaser Tuesday =-.
