Yeah! Monday we set off on a tour for Calamity Jack, the new graphic novel by the brilliant Brothers Hale…or something like that. Actually they aren’t brothers at all. The writers are a husband and wife team—Dean and Shannon Hale, and the illustrator is Nathan Hale (no relation). Shannon Hale is a name you recognize, no doubt, because she won a Newbery Honor Award for her lovely book, Princess Academy, in 2006.

So without further ado, I give you the particulars for Calamity Jack:
